With a BA and Master's degree in human services, CarePath's leadership combines academic grounding with deep practical knowledge of the systems, barriers, and opportunities that shape outcomes for vulnerable families in Greater Boston.

How We Work

Our Approach to Service

Every program we deliver is grounded in proven, people-centered practices that meet families where they are and walk with them toward lasting change.

๐Ÿ’›
Trauma-Informed Practice

We recognize the impact of trauma on development and behavior, delivering every service through a lens of safety, trust, and empowerment.

๐ŸŒ
Culturally Competent

Our services are linguistically accessible, culturally responsive, and designed to reflect and honor the communities we serve across Greater Boston.

๐Ÿ”—
Wraparound Coordination

Our five programs work together as an integrated system โ€” so families receive holistic support, not fragmented, disconnected services.

๐Ÿ’ช
Strengths-Based

We lead with what families and young people are capable of โ€” building on existing strengths rather than defining people by their challenges.

๐Ÿ“Š
Data-Driven

We track outcomes, measure impact, and continuously improve based on what the evidence shows is working for the families we serve.

๐Ÿค
Community Partnership

We work alongside schools, DCF, DYS, employers, and community organizations to connect families with the full ecosystem of support they need.

Our Philosophy

Why CarePath Exists

The families and communities we serve deserve an organization that truly understands their needs โ€” and a founder who has spent nearly a decade walking alongside them.

Every child deserves a mentor who believes in them before they believe in themselves. CarePath is built on exactly that promise โ€” and 9 years of living it out in the field.

Youth Mentoring Philosophy
CarePath Mentoring Program

Families in crisis need more than a referral. They need someone to walk into the complexity with them and help them find stable ground. That is what wraparound care does.

Family-Centered Practice
CarePath Case Management

Every autistic person has a path worth clearing. Our autism services are built on the belief that with the right support, every individual can live a full, connected, and self-directed life.
