CarePath Family Initiative was founded by a Greater Boston youth and family services professional with over 9 years of direct, hands-on experience across every level of the field.
Having served as a mentor, direct care staff, family advocate, case manager, and program director, our founder has worked alongside children, teens, young adults, and young parents navigating some of life's most challenging circumstances.
With a BA and Master's degree in human services, CarePath's leadership combines academic grounding with deep practical knowledge of the systems, barriers, and opportunities that shape outcomes for vulnerable families in Greater Boston.
Every program we deliver is grounded in proven, people-centered practices that meet families where they are and walk with them toward lasting change.
We recognize the impact of trauma on development and behavior, delivering every service through a lens of safety, trust, and empowerment.
Our services are linguistically accessible, culturally responsive, and designed to reflect and honor the communities we serve across Greater Boston.
Our five programs work together as an integrated system โ so families receive holistic support, not fragmented, disconnected services.
We lead with what families and young people are capable of โ building on existing strengths rather than defining people by their challenges.
We track outcomes, measure impact, and continuously improve based on what the evidence shows is working for the families we serve.
We work alongside schools, DCF, DYS, employers, and community organizations to connect families with the full ecosystem of support they need.
There are many ways to invest in the future of Greater Boston's youth, families, and neurodiverse community members. Every gift, partnership, and volunteer hour moves us forward.

Learn MoreThe families and communities we serve deserve an organization that truly understands their needs โ and a founder who has spent nearly a decade walking alongside them.
Every child deserves a mentor who believes in them before they believe in themselves. CarePath is built on exactly that promise โ and 9 years of living it out in the field.
Families in crisis need more than a referral. They need someone to walk into the complexity with them and help them find stable ground. That is what wraparound care does.
Every autistic person has a path worth clearing. Our autism services are built on the belief that with the right support, every individual can live a full, connected, and self-directed life.
